The DC Tower lounge is a versatile, multi-functional area that building tenants are free to take advantage of. With its comfortable ambiance, it serves as the perfect venue for holding business get-togethers in style.

You can service your bike or e-scooter yourself at any time in our fully equipped bike workshop with tools and bike pump.

With one of the best and most modern fitness clubs in the city, right in our building, there is nothing standing in the way of your daily dose of sport. Also not bad: the spa area with pool, panorama sauna and steam bath.

Have your private or business parcel delivered directly to our Variocube – free of charge and conveniently. With our cleaning service you save extra trips to the dry cleaner’s. Simply drop off your clothes in our Variocube and pick them up cleaned a little later.

Do you like variety? Good! Because different food trucks provide culinary variety every day on the DC Tower forecourt. From wraps to pasta and burgers to light vegetable curry – lunch breaks are a real treat here.

You can directly access Danube Island from the DC Tower by a staircase. Just a few steps and you’re in the local recreation area – perfect for a short walk to clear your head.

Perfectly equipped lockers are available in the in-house bike cellar, where you can safely store your equipment free of charge using the access card. You will also find a power source to charge your e-bike or e-scooter battery here.

They are just as synonymous with Vienna as the Sachertorte or Danube Waltz: the Enzis. In DC Tower design, they invite you to take a comfortable break and while away the time with your colleagues in our garden.

The self-serve area with vending machines for coffee, soft drinks and snacks is just the place to take a quick break or hold an informal meeting.

Our outdoor windbreaks protect against excessive wind and provide cooling shade in summer. This makes the area in front of the DC Tower a pleasant place to watch the world go by and meet people.
